"My Red Wine" maisonette is located on a small hill close to many beautiful sandy beaches (Agious Apostolous, Notis, Iguana, Ippocampos, Chryssi Akti ). A unique coastal park comprising beach- volley and soccer courts, open air gym and plenty of pathways to run in the fresh salty air.
It is a well developed area with super markets, bakery, restaurants, coffee shops on the beaches and bus stop which are all within walking distance.
The space
The maisonettes are part of a complex that was build in 2009 and consists of three levels. Access between floors is by stairs not elevator
First floor: "My Red Wine"have a beautifully decorated sitting room with a corner sofa that opens and forms a bed, an armchair, fireplace, AC, satellite TV, 100 Mbps wifi, ceiling fan, dinning table, fully equipped kitchen with big double fridge/ refrigerator,oven dishwasher. An open space Sitting room - Dinning room and Kitchen. A balcony with table and chairs outside.
Furnished with door- grinders and windows,private parking, central heating ( for winter holidays).
-Second floor: Bedroom #1, the master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes and AC, bathroom with tub / shower and a door leading outside to a beautiful private balcony, table with chair, plants and a swing chair. Great view to the sea and mountains.
-Semi Basement:Bedroom #2 with a queen double bed, wardrobes and bathroom with tub/shower.
- Rooftop terrace:
On the top of the maisonette there is an amazing rooftop terrace with beautiful big plants, a decorated bed, a sitting area, a large table with chais and an electric BBQ. (Only the mini fridge and the mini pizza oven is shared with " My Blue" the next maisonette). The access way to the rooftop is from the 1rst floor balcony via a narrow spiral staircase.
At 3.2km from the city center, the area boasts five different beaches, as well as multiple beach bars, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
There's also multiple bus stops and access to rental car agencies.
Guest access
There's a dedicated parking space right outside the house and there are multiple beaches close at hand.
