The villa is a unique dwelling situated in a beautiful and picturesque village in rural Rethymno. Close to the villa there is a traditional coffee place, a restaurant/taverna, and a traditional bakery shop. The distance from Rethymno is 11km by car/bus, and a bus stop is just next to the villa. The bus schedule begins at 07:00 am every day until midnight, with buses available every hour.

This spacious and beautifully designed villa can accommodate up to 5 people, with amazing views of the mountains and sea just 3km away. The main advantage of the villa is the wonderful outside space of 120m2 with a private pool of 30m2 (1.20-1.40m depth, pool dimensions 3.5x8m), sunbeds and umbrellas, shower, barbecue area, and a breathtaking view of one of the largest olive tree groves in the Mediterranean. The spacious external area with the pool and barbecue facilities will provide you with everything you might need to enjoy perfect holiday moments under the Cretan sun. Kids will also love it as it is perfect for hours of playtime. Flowers, herbs, vines, and olive trees are an extra addition to the overall uniqueness of the place. Provided for the  guests with complementary self-produced olive oil, raki, and wine throughout their stay, and also, during August, guests have the chance to taste freshly produced grapes, figs, and pears.
